Product Description
Revell 03171 1/72 PzKpfw V Panther Ausf.G Plastic Model Kit
The G version was the most-produced variant of the Pzkpfw V Panther and replaced the A version in production from 1944. The chassis had been made cheaper and further improvements were continuously incorporated into production. Vehicles of the final version had, among other things, a modified engine deck and a modified cylinder cover. With its 7.5cm 42L/70 armored car cannon and projectile-repellent forms, the Panther proved to be a dangerous opponent. The V-12 cylinder Maybach HL 230P30 petrol engine with a maximum output of 700 hp enabled the 44,800 kg Panther Ausf. G to reach a top speed of up to 55 km/h. The crew consisted of five men.
