Wheels of Time 61199 N PC&F 50-ft Exterior Post Insulated Boxcar - Texas & Pacific Railway #780596
The Texas & Pacific Railway a subsidary of the Missouri Pacific Railroad received 100 Pacific Car & Foundry insulated boxcars in 1970. They had a rated dimension of 4745 cu. ft. These RBL cars were equipped with Preco load dividers and sidewall fillers. ACF suppled the cushioning device - marketed as "Freight-Saver". New date 7-70. They carried food products.
