    The second generation Camaro™ was produced from 1970 to 1981. After a hiatus in 1975 and 1976, the Z28® returned to the Camaro lineup as a high-performance model in 1977. The 1981 Z28 was powered by a 350 ci (5.7L) V8 that produced 175 hp.
