Product Description
The successor to the 1968 Dodge Charger, the Daytona was introduced as a high performance, limited edition, created with the express purpose of racing, notably NASCAR! Produced in Detroit, Michigan, the two-door coupé epitomised the muscle car image and came with modifications such as the 23 inches tall stabiliser wing at the back, a special sheet metal nose cone that replaced the traditional front grille amongst other refinements. Its NASCAR circuit success included two wins in 1969 and a further four in 1970.
